At iRudee, we are committed to delivering quality products and great service. To ensure fairness and transparency, please carefully review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
Returns
If you wand to return any purchase no issue we have 7 day no question return policy. Store credit of full amount excluding shipping and extra amount paid for COD will be issued in 24 to 48 Hrs. You can use this store credit for your next purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges but incase you want to exchange any product you have to place a new order of the product and create a return request for the product you want to exchange. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Only size, color and defective product issue will be entertained.
To request, please contact our support team at help.irudee@gmail.com with your order number, a video of packaging opening and a description of the issue.
Store Credit
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue you store credit equal to the item’s value.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-exchangeable and considered final sale:
- Clearance or discounted items
- Personalized or custom orders
- Intimate or hygienic products (e.g., undergarments, skincare, etc.)
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at help.irudee@gmail.com with photos and video of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.
NOTE
If customer don’t agree with the options given above and want to return the product then customer will have to return product on their own expenses and the refund will be issue once the product received in unused condition with all tags intact and in original brand packaging.
A restocking fee of minimum 20% and maximum 99% (Depends on the condition of the product received) will be deducted from the amount.
