- Can I return my order for a refund?
No. We do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final. However, we do offer partial payment or voucher under certain conditions.
- What if I ordered the wrong size?
We’ll be happy to offer you either partial payment or vouchers. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- How do I request an exchange?
Email our support team at supportirudee@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item package opening video and images. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
- What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send photos and video of the issue to help.irudee@gmail.com, and we’ll contact you with the solution.
- What is considered a final sale item?
Items marked as “Final Sale”, discounted items, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive goods (like undergarments or skincare) cannot be exchanged or credited.
- How long do I have to use my store credit or voucher?
Store credit have no expire but vouchers come with expire. Expire date will be provided on the mail once issued. (iRudee reserves all rights to cancel any voucher.)
